HOW IT WORKS: Admin/event operations receive 20% of paid registration revenue, leaving 80% for racers. For each state and class, 10+ paid entries unlock a State Champion payout equal to 10% of that state's 80% racer pool. If the state has fewer than 10 entries, no state payout is taken. The remaining balance is then split 50/50: half to that region's champion pool and half to the National Champion pool.

RULES
INSPECTION
RWYB is exempt from inspection. If a class violation is reasonably suspected, the loser must raise the claim immediately after the race. The host determines whether inspection is warranted. Inspection is limited to dismantling necessary to visibly verify the claim.
DISQUALIFICATION
Jumping the line, rolling, crossing the line, an inoperable bike, failure to appear, modification above class, or denying a reasonable inspection can result in disqualification and token forfeiture.
RACE FORMAT
Weather permitting, races are one marked 1/2-mile pass from a 40 mph roll at a private location. Exact location and time are shared only with registered racers. Preliminary races are closed to spectators for safety.
CALLOUTS
Callouts take priority and must occur within two weeks. If there is no callout, racers receive an assigned slot. Failure to show or an unavailable bike results in disqualification and token forfeiture.
HOSTS
A local host is selected for each area. Hosts enforce rules, manage tokens, and approve or deny inspection requests. Hosts are expected to remain impartial.
RACERS
Racers are responsible for safe token storage, reliable attendance, race-ready brakes/tires/chain and safety equipment, punctuality, limited testing time, respect for the host/location, and making safety the priority.
EXEMPTIONS
This is a 1000cc shootout. Hayabusa, Ducati V4, Aprilia RSV4 and ZX14 are allowed in RWYB. A qualified replacement may fill an assigned slot once if the original bike cannot race.
WEATHER & PRIVACY
Weather cancellations are announced three days prior when possible. Racers must not share private race-location details. This protects the event, racers and property.
SAFETY FIRST: All event activity must comply with applicable law, private-property requirements, and the host's safety procedures. The website does not disclose race locations or times publicly.

Q&A
I lost my tokens. How can I replace them?
Every racer is responsible for keeping their tokens safe. Tokens are unique and cannot be replaced. Loss of a token disqualifies a rider from racing, and a digital token will be awarded to the winner.
Can I have my bike tuned during the shootout?
Yes. Tuning is allowed at any time.
Can I change the jockey?
Yes. As long as you are ready to race at your slotted time, it does not matter who is on the bike.
Can I transfer tokens?
No. Assigned and earned tokens remain with you unless you lose a race or are disqualified.
Can I switch bikes?
No. The bike entered is tied to the unique token.
I have multiple bikes. Can I enter all of them?
Yes, but only if they are entered in different classes. You cannot have more than one bike in each class.
Can someone else register my bike?
Yes. The unique token is given to the person who registered the bike, and that person is responsible for following the shootout rules.
What happens if I can no longer participate?
You are forfeited and your tokens transfer to the winner of that state. If you have already won that state, the runner-up may have the option to represent the state and receive the tokens.
Can I get a refund before I race?
No. Once entered, you agree to the shootout rules.
What if my bike gets damaged?
That is part of racing. The event hopes for a safe and successful race each time, but the owner is responsible for loss or damage to the bike.
I have an issue with the race or how it is being held.
This is not the place for drama. Each situation must be handled respectfully. Questions and concerns should be directed to the local host for resolution.
A part flew off and hit me or my bike. What happens?
There is a slim chance of this happening. Racers should inspect their bike before racing. If it happens, the priority is making sure everyone is okay; the event is not responsible for resulting damage.
